sea & me sunday green smoothie

kick start your day with this delish green smoothie!

forget everything you thought you knew about green smoothies – this one is yummy… we promise!

1 kale leaf

handful of baby spinach

1 slice of watermelon

1/2 banana

1/2 apple

1/2 orange

1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon spirulina powder

1 teaspoon vitamin c powder

coconut water


cut apple, watermelon & banana into small chunks. roughly chop kale & baby spinach. place all chopped ingredients in blender. using a hand juicer squeeze the lemon & orange, add juice & pulp to blender. add spirulina, vitamin c & a generous splash of coconut water. blend until smooth. if you feel the need, add more coconut water. enjoy! (serves one)
