PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

RETURNS PROCESS AUSTRALIA

We are confident in the high quality of product sold though our online store, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Please read our policies carefully before making your purchase.

Within 7 days of purchase email info@seaandme.com.au with your returns request

Your request will be assessed and a Returns Authorisation number will be allocated to all valid returns. We will email you the RA number and returns authorisation form which will need to be completed and included with your return.

You must return your item within 3 days of receiving your RA number.  Please send items back via registered post, signature on delivery and a tracking number included, this is proof that items have been sent back within the 3 day time frame. 

Return shipping cost are the customers responsibility. Sea + Me will not be held responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to returns or exchanges. We will not be held liable for any items that go missing in the mail. To minimise the risk of items being lost in transit we recommend shipping via registered post, signature on delivery. In case of exchange please send return shipping satchel with your returned item for exchange.

EXCHANGES

Please select carefully as Sea + Me does not accept change of mind returns. We will happily offer an exchange should a different size be required or if the size is unavailable we would be happy to exchange for another product of equal value or issue a credit note. All items returned for exchange must be in perfect unused condition with the tags attached. If trying on garments please do so without make up as this can cause marks on the garment and will not be deemed acceptable for return.  All items will be assessed upon return before an exchange is approved. Sea + Me will not pay any shipping charges on exchange transactions.

Due to Health Regulations we can not accept returns of Swimwear.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

At Sea + Me we pride ourselves on quality and check each individual order before it is sent. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately. Please note –  items damaged from wear and tare are not deemed to be faulty. In the case of a manufacturing defect a replacement item – or if this is not possible a credit note or refund will be offered. Faulty items will be assessed  by the Sea + Me team before being approved.  All faulty items must go through the Sea + Me returns process (outlined above) before a replacement item, credit note or refund is issued. Please note Sea + Me will not refund any original or return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
